VANITY FUR PRICE LIST

All prices include a pre-groom health check, ears checked and cleaned, nails trimmed, pads cleaned of excess fur, thorough shampoo in the Hydrobath, conditioning treatment and hand dry - clipping and styling. 

Prices given on an individual basis upon request.

For dogs with a flea infestation or severe matting there will be an additional charge of £10.

It is the responsibility of the owners to maintain the coat between grooms and for most this is achievable although sometimes it can be difficult which is understandable. I take every care to groom humanely without causing discomfort to the dogs and therefore if I feel that the matting is too severe then I will abide by the Animal Welfare Act and clip the coat to remove the matting in the safest way possible.

In the short term this may cause discomfort and reddening of the skin, this is normal. The blades are changed very regularly during each groom to ensure burns are not sustained.

Shaving off any dog is not the preferred course of action, however, if it is necessary then I will endeavour to contact the owner to discuss the situation. If I am unable to contact the owner the procedure will be undertaken and the additional de-matting fee will be charged.
